We will ship all available items within 2-3 working days, unless the product states otherwise. Every order is packed by hand in our studio in Hackney. Please understand that some orders can take as long as 10 days to be processed.

UK / EU Shipping

2-4 working days for UK orders. Tracked Delivery charge: £3.95. Free shipping on orders above £100.

2-10 working days for EU orders. Tracked Delivery charge: £8.99. Free shipping on orders above £100.
- Please note for EU shipping there are additional duty fees that will be set by Evri.
International Shipping

Customs

Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to make your box as low value, unfortunately we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.

Returns
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any tags or packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
